The problem

Finding a home in Nigeria shouldn't feel like a gamble.

House hunters lose money to fake listings and fake agents, and there's no reliable way to check a property before paying. Trust in the market is low, and honest owners and agents suffer for it too.

The solution

Verify every listing before it goes live

No property appears on MyPropifyNG until it passes a 3-stage verification. Payments go through the platform, and listing is free for both owners and seekers.

Step 1Document authentication

Title and ownership documents are checked to confirm the person listing the property has the right to rent or sell it.

Step 2Physical inspection

The property is visited in person to confirm it exists and matches its description and photos.

Step 3Partner validation

Trusted partners confirm the listing before it goes live, adding a final layer of protection.
